Position Highlights

  • Shift: Days, 1st Shift

  • Shift Details: Monday-Friday 5am-11am (5am-7am is inpatient phlebotomy, 7am-11am is a housecall phlebotomist)

Position Summary:

The Inpatient Phlebotomist/Housecall Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection and processing of specimens for laboratory analysis. The Phlebotomist must have good communication skills and maintain a thorough knowledge of laboratory test requirements and departmental policies. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent

  • Phlebotomy certificate or 1 years’ experience is preferred

  • Basic computer skills

  • Previous phlebotomy experience with all age groups
