Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Dispatcher:

* Answer all phone calls for the organization
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships
* When placing service calls, confirm location of equipment, contact name, and contact email address
* Utilize Datablaze when placing and moving service calls.
* Assist with Toner orders as needed.
* Manage and invoice service calls.
* Assist in maintaining accurate contact information within e-automate.
* Work with the Service Manager to maintain and adjust service technician territories.
* Schedule equipment setups and installations
* Work with Purchasing on hold parts ETA updates.
* Coordinate with Purchasing to operate and maintain warehouse duties as needed.
* Communicate with technicians about hold calls/parts scheduled/scheduled calls.
* Any other tasks assigned by management
* Truck driver dispatcher, clerical work and office duties

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends

Job requirements:

* Pleasant demeanor
* Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficient computer skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate with multiple departments within the organization
* Willingness to serve the customer and meet their requests in a professional and timely manner
* Ability to work as a good team member
* Have the temperament to handle disputes and emergencies.
* Must be able to use various type of office software such as office 360, outlook, microsoft word, powerpoint.
* Experience in transportation and military is a plus.
* Must be ok doing night shift (4:30pm OR 12:30am SHIFTS ONL)
* Weekend work required.
* Background check and drug screening required
