Medical Call Center Agent

Image Library
- Receives phone calls, fax requests and emails and processes requests for medical records including films and digital images from patients and referring physicians.
- Receives, delivers and sends mail including correspondence with patients.
- Contacts patients and facilities to obtain comparison images.
- Produces quality images through various systems and gathers/assembles images for distribution.
- Generates and processes daily pull lists and add-ons to ensure timely delivery of prior images.
- Schedules outside exams to upload images into ARA Synapse.
- Creates addendums and over read requests from patients and physicians offices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 of experience in a healthcare or high-volume call center environment and medical terminology experience for radiology procedures preferred.
- Must be tech savvy
- E-skills assessment
- Must be able to catch on quick and work on their own
