Verizon Call Center Sales Representative

AGR Group Nevada, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our Verizon Call Center team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center sales, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with business consumers and close deals.

We offer a competitive base pay plus commission structure, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer and enroll consumers and businesses on telecom, data, cable, cellular, or internet products and services.

Qualify potential customers by using sales techniques, overcoming objections, and presenting solutions that fit their needs.

Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively address consumer questions about products and services.

Handle data entry and database updates to ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollments/orders.

Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases.

Requirements:

At least 6 months of call center experience.

Proven sales experience.

Ability to overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch, and effectively close sales.

Comfortable talking on the phone and able to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pass a background check.
