This dynamic and expanding company is recognized for its cutting-edge warehouse automation solutions.We are currently seeking a Head of Intralogistics, based in Nashville, Tennessee.Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Lead the sales, design, and execution of intralogistics solutions, including warehouse design, racking, ASRS, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.Collaborate with sales reps and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for customer applications.Drive business development and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, solution providers, and clients.Oversee CAD designs, project implementation, and ensure system solutions meet client requirements.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for warehouse automation solutions.Train and guide the sales team in identifying opportunities and performing due diligence.Manage assigned engineering and sales staff to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:5+ years’ experience in industrial engineering, material handling robotics, automation, or technical sales.Proven leadership experience, managing teams and overseeing projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to produce detailed warehouse designs.Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in engineering preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Excellent project management skills and experience selling multi-million-dollar systems.Due to the high volume of applications, if you have not heard back within 14 days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful.
