Summary

CHS, Inc has an exciting opportunity as a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Specialist on our Agriculture Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Digital Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the implementation of automation solutions and process optimization strategies. this individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the RPA Center of Excellence to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of technology-drive innovations. 

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the agricultural supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the RPA Center of Excellence to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on digital transformation initiatives and automation tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in digital transformation to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, process optimization, or automation implementation.
  • High School diploma or GED.
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies and tools, with experience in implementing automation solutions preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in digital transformation or relevant technologies is a plus.
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
