ROLE SUMMARY :

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst is tasked with the execution and enhancement of supply chain activities to drive business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to align supply chain operations accordingly. The position involves procurement responsibilities and emphasizes the application of fundamental supply chain principles and lean methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and optimize production schedules in a lean manufacturing environment, ensuring materials are procured and coordinated to meet demand. Assess and communicate supply chain capacity and identify constraints within the value stream. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using supply chain and lean tools, including ERP systems and process improvement methodologies. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers and logistics personnel. Act as a representative of the supply chain in cross-functional projects. Mentor and guide supply chain planners, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Information Systems. Proficient in supply chain technologies, including ERP and Warehouse Management Systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and tools. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in team settings. Capacity to understand and meet customer requirements consistently. Eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues. Proven problem-solving and process improvement skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience with ERP system implementations. Background in greenfield manufacturing projects. Familiarity with high-volume, just-in-time manufacturing environments.
