Position: Outside Sales Rep (Industrial)
Location: Texarkana, AR
Hours: M-F, 8-5, an occasional weekend
Pay: $15-20/ hour Doe

Busy Texarkana company is seeking an outgoing individual with great customer service who is outgoing to join their team. Prefer the applicant to have industrial sales experience.
Duties will include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and industries that could benefit from your company's products or services. This may involve cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and using online resources to find leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. This includes regular communication, addressing customer concerns or issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers. Highlight how your products or services can meet their specific needs and solve their problems.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and on time. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to meet customer expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tools.
- Travel: Outside sales representatives often need to travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit industrial facilities. This may require occasional weekend work.
- Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Follow-Up: After the sale, ensure customer satisfaction by following up to address any issues, provide ongoing support, and offer additional products or services as appropriate.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing paperwork related to sales transactions.
Outside sales roles require strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a self-motivated approach to meet and exceed sales targets. The specific duties and expectations can vary widely.
