*Position Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Clinical Director to join our team in Columbia, MO. This is a unique opportunity to impact the lives of youth and families positively.

*As a Residential Clinical Director, you will:*
* Lead therapeutic services within our acute hospital and residential program.
* Collaborate with Psychiatry and Utilization Review departments.
* Assist staff in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
* Offer some therapy services.
* Engage in community outreach and referral development.

*Qualifications*

*Education:*
* Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

*Licensure/Certification:*
* LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD.
* Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

*Experience:*
* 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
* Proficiency with EHR, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
