*WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE JOB:*
* Performing various HVAC install related jobs on our commercial sites.
* Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines including proper brazing skills.
* Proficient at most duct system installations from equipment through final GRDs.
* Capable of looking ahead and creating a material and work force plan for a particular area of work.
* Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and codes.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
* Supervisory experience preferred.
* Oversee, work with and provide direction for fellow colleagues as needed.
* Continuously represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns.

*WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:*
* Three or more years of experience specific to the commercial HVAC industry; residential type equipment utilized as well on commercial projects.
* EPA/OSHA certifications beneficial but not required.
* Clear knowledge and understanding of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning requirements and operations, including proper equipment startups.
* Supervise and participate in the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to ensure that the work performed is in compliance with blueprints, manufacturer specifications and written and/or verbal instruction.
* Plan and assign work to ensure proper distribution of work with newer team members to the trade, for efficient performance of duties at each job site.
* Ability to identify costly deviations from the plans and bring them to the attention of the project manager.
* Ability to work with other trades and communicate and coordinate conflicts.
* Ability to perform all trade-related math calculations for proper installation of equipment
* Must possess the ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and submittal sheets
* Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift heavy objects.
* General understanding of OSHA regulations.
* Operating knowledge of HVAC systems and efficient use of hand tools.
* Basic understanding of installation, HVAC systems, and operating basic control systems.
* Clean driving record.
