EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Health and Human Services and experience as an administrator or supervisor, preferably within a correctional or residential program; Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
• Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Board Approved Supervisor Preferred or
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with an Approved Supervisor Letter in Alcohol and Drug Counseling.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Work is primarily performed in a correctional institution setting.
• Must be able to de-escalate situations in the program.
Job Type: Full-time
