Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, the Speech Language Therapist will play a pivotal role in delivering direct speech and language therapy services to adults, as prescribed by referring physicians. The Speech Language Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting clear goals and intervention strategies to improve patient outcomes and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive patient care and educate patients and their families on communication strategies and exercises to support the rehabilitation process.
