It is a great place to work. Voted Best of the Best medical office yearly for the past 7 years Compensation - Physicians here take home 20% of what they bill, which is considerable.- In house moderately complex lab, with a CLIA- license (also a rare thing) We do CBCs , AIC, PSA and T4S in house- Covered licensing + malpractice- Rapid streps, rapid flus and more. - We perform EKGs and spirometry. - So the physicians get 20% of all that.- These tests are done at time of service so when you talk to a diabetic about their AIC, you have the results right then- We calculate vacation pay by an average of your weekly visits.
