Last year, we became the undisputed global leader in experience analytics - are you ready to join us and be part of what's next?What you’ll doLead at a second line level a significant AMER Sales Organization of first line sales leaders spanning west coast to east coast including LATAM & CanadaImplement a hands-on sales leadership approach to reach new logo targets and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Conduct and implement comprehensive industry research and analysis and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy for the region Recruit and develop a top tier, diverse, efficient sales organization from leadership to individual contributorMaintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer baseCollaborate with the local leadership team and the cross functional teams to optimize business impact in AMER Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting across the region and embed strong and rigorous forecasting methodologies throughout your organizationManage overall sales process and at times evolve, transform or progress that methodology to fit trends or changes to segment or geoLean in heavy to pipeline management methodologies and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel managementWhat you’ll need to succeedDemonstrated progressive second line leadership experience leading teams in strategic sales. Multiple repeatable proof points of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining leaders and individual contributors that make-up a high performing enterprise sales organizationDeep experience selling into accounts in core marketsDemonstrated progressive and consistent overachievements of annual quotaDemonstrated progressive experience in software sales, preferably with digital experience platformProven track record of working closely with the channel for growth leverageProven success partnering with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering peersDemonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadershipMust be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a teamPolished presentation skillsAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workloadYou share our values, and work in accordance with those values$200,000 - $215,000 a yearFor compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
