This practice utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and the latest procedures available in cardiac medicine.
 

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time Monday to Friday position (8am to 4:30pm)
  • No weekends, no holidays. This position offers a great work life balance.

Cardiology | ChristianaCare Cecil County (uhcc.com)

Job duties & responsibilities:

You will handle various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and registering patients. You will represent the practice and handle multi-line telephones, manage the front desktop, collect insurance payments, apply ICD9 and CPT4 codes for billing, and perform outreach calls. You will interact with physicians, staff, and patients to provide accurate communication and customer service. You will need to possess excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills, and can build professional relationships in a team environment.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or GED required.
  • Medical receptionist or medical assistant degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a medical office setting or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
