Inside Sales Representative

Our nationwide growth is accelerating Our Inside Sales team in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by connecting with dozens of customers daily and laying the foundation for a five-star experience.
As an Inside Sales Representative at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by handling calls from our customers who are interested in upgrading their homes and scheduling appointments for our team of Design Consultants. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Team Lead and work closely with our team of Appointment Coordinators and the rest of the Inside Sales teams.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
• Kick off your career in our three-week training program
• Respond to calls with the goal of scheduling sales appointments
• Accurately document all necessary information into our CRM database
• Provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining key metrics that drive our business forward

Schedule: Sunday 9:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday -Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site)
