This is a 100% remote position - Equipment will be provided. The annual earnings are a combination of base pay, plus incentives tied to achieving sales performance goals.

Schedule: We are currently hiring for all shifts, with a focus on evening and weekend shifts due to client demand.

Our hours of operation are as follows: 8AM-7:30PM M-F; 8AM-5PM Sat; 9AM-5PM Sun PST

All candidates must be available for the business hours listed; shifts will be assigned based on client needs. Schedules assigned through the shift bid process will include a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts and will be provided before the end of your three-week training period. This schedule is subject to change with a two-week notice anytime based upon changes in our business needs.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

You will be the first touchpoint in the process of changing our clients’ lives by helping our clients look and feel the best. You will be engaging the clients in conversation about their desired aesthetic goals, creating excitement about the next step in their aesthetic journey, and most importantly, qualifying the lead and scheduling the consultation with one of our Sales Consultants to discuss their aesthetic needs.

The ideal candidate will:

Fosters and nurtures positive relationships with clients and fellow employees.
Overcomes objections and differentiate Ideal Image from our competition.
Achieve assigned sales targets for scheduled consultations and positively represents Ideal Image

The Inside Sales Representative will also:

Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients via phone and web communications.
Schedule and confirm consultation appointments via Salesforce.
Articulate treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations to clients.
Follow up on digital inquiries via outbound calling, texts, and emails. 90% of phone work will consist of outbound calling, with the remaining 10% responding to inbound calls.
Complete approximately 200 outbound dials per day.
Partner and collaborate with Consultants, Clinics, Managers and other Associates.
Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to effectively gain acceptance of products and services.
Overcome sales obstacles through educating clients and scheduling a consultation for more information.
Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; effectively meets client needs and takes responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.
Interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization. Always acts with integrity.
Follows the Ideal Image sales lead management process. Leverages tools, reports and resources to maximize sales results. Outlook, Salesforce, Five9, Teams, Marketing Cloud.
Receive coaching and feedback on sales approach and goal achievement. Seeks guidance on areas of opportunity.
Be flexible: the schedule varies and includes nights and weekends. Overtime evening and weekend hours may be required to meet business demands to service clients.
Other Inside Sales Representative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

2+ years consultative sales and negotiation skills.
High school diploma.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials.
Experience with conducting high-volume outbound calls. 200+ outbound dials per day is expected for success in this role.
A tech-enabled and private workstation with a wired internet connection is mandatory.
Proven success in a commission and/or quota driven environment a plus
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail and rapport building.
Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confidence in sales approach.
Experience with a contact tracking system. Salesforce.com is preferred.
Ability to multi-task with the ability to toggle between multiple systems at once, while maintaining rapport with clients.
Strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, CRM, etc.)
