Salary: $18-22/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance with a focus on ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly
  • Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed
  • Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors, including painting, carpentry, and drywall repair
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure efficient operation of properties
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
  • Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Proven experience in property maintenance, including knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
