*Gotham Companies* is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clients Hospital team as a *full-time Assistant Director of Nursing for the night shift*. This position provides an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our healthcare facility and make a significant impact on the quality of care provided to our patients.

*\*\*Pay is $75/hr (NON-NEGOTIABLE)\*\**

*\*\*SHIFT IS NIGHTS 12AM-8:15AM 5 DAYS A WEEK\*\**

*Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee and manage the nursing staff on the night shift
* Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and training
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in patient care
* Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
* Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
* Act as a resource for nursing staff in assessing and addressing patient care needs
* Assist with managing staffing levels and scheduling for the night shift

*Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications:*
* *Current NYS RN license in good standing*
* *Master's degree in Nursing (Required)*
* *Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with previous leadership experience Required*
* *BLS Certification (Required)*
* *Ability to work weekends (Required)*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
