Description

This position is responsible for the clinicial operations and financial ativities for the Family Medicine Clinics at First Hill and Ballard. This role provides ongoing leadership for the development, implementation of management, patient care systems to assure cost-effective, quality operations of multiple clinics, including residency training programs and other residency-related clinics and activities as determined. Integrates new information and processes quickly and lead others toward defined objectives to assure organizational alignment with strategic goals. Works closely with the Residency Leadership team to ensure current system structures support and are congruent with the organizational mission and core values of Swedish.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, health Care or related field.
  • 5 years Operational and financial management experience - preferably in the development, efficient operations, and continuous improvements of ambulatory clinics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
