Clinical Operations Manager for Pediatric Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Operations Manager to lead the 24/7 clinical operations in our Operating Room. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless care delivery, continuous quality improvement, and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help us meet our mission to provide hope, care, and cures to children in need.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in nursing management, with a minimum of two years of experience. You must possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, and a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is highly preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $126,805 - $190,207 per year, based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
