Hours: 8:30am-5pm, M-F (OT required peak season)
Location: Berkeley, CA 94710 (hybrid)
Position Type: Temporary/Seasonal, through Nov/Dec
Start Date: July 15th



Responsibilities

  • Providing efficient and professional customer support for animatronic products via phone and email through a ticketing system
  • Managing a high volume of support requests daily, ensuring that customers receive the best solutions possible
  • Maintain precise and accurate handling of tickets and customer data
  • Working independently and within a collaborative team environment to identify product or service issues
  • Stay informed about all product and policy changes relevant to product support
  • Flexible work availability to accommodate business needs. Operations will expand to include weekends during peak season which may include overtime
  • Processing customer orders through Zendesk and sending out orders using Shopify


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or 1-2 years of customer service experience, required
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience with eCommerce and Ticketing platforms
  • Technical skills (IT troubleshooting, coding, assembling electronic devices, comfortable on computers)
  • Ability to maintain a call/email ticket que to performance standards
  • Ability to work remotely with stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to receive calls
  • Independent with strong decision-making skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
  • Exceptional time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • Receptive to feedback with a growth mindset
  • Enthusiastic about holiday consumer products and sharing that excitement with customers
