- Those submitted at Mission Viejo must also be submitted to Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach as they are required to float to this location. potential to float mid shift.
- CANDIDATES MUST BE WITHIN 50-55 MILES OF THE FACILITIES
- Proof of flu vaccination or declination required. Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home
- Providence will NOT be reviewing/approving any clinicians with background or license hits. Please keep this in mind while submitting applicants.
- 1st reference needs to be from specialty clinician is being submitting to (needs to cover 1 yr of employment within the last 3 years). 2nd reference needs to be from supervisor (charge or higher). MUST HAVE THESE TWO (2) REFERENCES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING
- Charting system: Epic
- 3-month separation: Previous candidates must be approved by ministry before moving forward

- - ACLS, BLS, NIH
- - Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
- - EPIC experience (no training provided)
