Target Pay Rate: $25-35 p/hr DOE
Work Schedule: 40-hour work week – virtual with ability to travel on-site to Erlanger, KY for training and meetings
Contract: 6 months+

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Receivable Specialist? You’ll be:
  • Managing the Accounts Receivable module, from billing to collections.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely billing of internal and external customers.
  • Managing cash application for various customers.
  • Monitoring Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for errors and notifying the proper internal contact.
  • Managing past due receivables and ensuring timely collection.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Have at least one year of work experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or other general accounting and finance function.
  • Have a general understanding and working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound, independent judgments.
  • Possess advanced math skills and analysis capability.
  • Have strong multitasking and organization skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation with both internal and external customers.
  • Have experience with Oracle ERP System and advanced skills in MS Excel.
