JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisors will work for a non-profit company that specializes in servicing the community by a variety of different programs. Will be assigned to one of their established Programs to include: early intervention, adolescent only, adult only, families, substance use programs, trauma/abuse programs, mobile clinics, foster care, and residential women homes. REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven leadership experience required (Supervisor, Manager, or Director level)
- Master’s degree in Human Services related field (psychology, social work, counseling, mental health, marriage/family, etc.)
- Licensed in Rhode Island highly preferred: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Excellent crisis management and intervention skills needed
- Possession of valid drivers license, reliable transportation and prof of current automobile insurance required
- Bilingual preferred
