We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team We are looking for a professional who understands the value of compassionate service. You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Administer injections and other medical procedures
* Assess patient health through interviews and comprehensive physical examinations
* Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
* Order appropriate and necessary diagnostic tests
* Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
* Develop and implement patient management plans
* Must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with co-workers, Management Staff, and Physicians

Ideally, candidates for this position should have a working knowledge of electronic medical records and the ability to provide excellent patient care, as well as the ability to assist with a broad spectrum of patients. Bilingual candidates are always a plus.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years’ experience in Pain Management preferred
* Valid and active CT State APRN License
* Current BLS and ACLS certifications
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
