*Responsibilities:*
* *Supervise* a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
* *Develop and implement* cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
* *Conduct regular inspections* of all areas of the facility to ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
* *Manage inventory* of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
* *Collaborate* with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* *Address guest/residents complaints* and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* *Maintain accurate records* of staff performance, cleaning schedules, and inventory management.

*Requirements:*
* *2+ years of experience* in a housekeeping supervisory role.
* *High school diploma or equivalent* required.
* *Strong leadership and communication skills*.
* *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* and prioritize tasks effectively.
* *Basic computer skills* and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

*Working Conditions:*
* *Full-time position*, 40 hours per week.
* *Physical demands* include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
