DutiesDevelop new policies, procedures, and guidance materials or adapt existing guidance in response to new regulatory requirements and to promote efficiencies in program operations.Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of various contracts of scope and dollar amount to develop long-range strategic and short range- tactical procurement

This will prevent you from receiving further consideration.In order to qualify for the GS-14 , you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Providing technical oversight of contractor performance; 2) Resolving budget and performance issues of contractors; 3) Leading teams in completing projects related to contracting and budgeting; and 4) Advising and briefing senior leadership on the contracting and budgeting process.CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT: Current COR Level III certification is required for this position. You will need to annotate on your resume the date of your COR Level II certification OR attach a copy of your COR III certificate showing the date of certification (FAI CLIP Dashboard screenshot sufficient).If selected and you have only annotated your certification on your resume, you will be required to provide a copy of your certificate.

The bill will also allow Medicare to negotiate prescription drug prices, implement improvements to Medicare Part D including a benefit redesign and new manufacturer discount program, impose inflation rebates for Part B and Part D drugs, and other miscellaneous changes in Part B and Part D to improve the affordability of prescription drugs.Workplace Flexibility at CMS: This position has a regular and recurring reporting requirement to the CMS office listed in this announcement; however, CMS offers flexible working arrangements and allows employees the opportunity to participate in telework combined with alternative work schedules at the manager's discretion.
