Under the supervision of the Department of Biology Chair and in collaboration with other teaching faculty and staff, the primary focus of the position will be laboratory instruction in the 100-level introductory biology courses, as well as possible upper-level courses in the candidate's area of expertise. The position is responsible for preparing laboratory activities and materials, teaching 3-4 laboratory sections per week, and assessing student performance.
