Requirements
Licensed mental health provider in Idaho such as a licensed psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.
Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field from an accredited institution.
5 years of experience providing healthcare services to individuals of diverse populations and age groups.
Experience with evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or psychodynamic therapy.
Knowledge of healthcare laws, ethics, and confidentiality guidelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and effectively collaborate with patients and colleagues.
Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest advancements in the field of mental health.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
