Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Mental Health Therapists, and a School Teacher to provide comprehensive care to adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions, focusing on skills development, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health topics and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
