Do you love the feeling you get from helping others? Our client is excited to invite applications for the position of full-time or part-time Therapist in Boise, ID. This position providing therapy can be fully onsite, or you can choose a hybrid schedule.
The full-time role for a fully licensed Therapist pays starts at $60,000/year, and for every year of experience you have as a licensed therapist, the pay will increase.
Interested in the role but want more flexibility in your schedule? Our client will also hire therapists as Independent Contractors, where you can set how many hours you work (8 minimum/week) and make $40-50/hr.
The full-time position also comes with amazing benefits
- A $5,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed, full-time therapists

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
As a full- or part-time Therapist, you take a compassionate and dedicated approach, ensuring clients feel heard and valued in a positive and non-judgmental environment. Your commitment to tailoring specialized treatment plans to individual needs and goals, coupled with your use of evidence-based approaches, fosters trust and facilitates healing during challenging times.
You have a genuine passion for reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and it shines through, creating a safe space for clients to seek support. Essential functions of your role include providing hope, help, and healing through various therapy modalities, all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance within our supportive team.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This position offers the choice of full-time work as an employee, or part-time work as an independent contractor. The company's standard operating hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree
- LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC license
- 2+ years of experience in social services
- 2+ years of experience providing customer service
