Overview:

As a Dental Patient Care Coordinator at Mondovi Dental, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting them warmly, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to the dental team. Schedule (days/hours): M-T 8am-6pm, Occasional F 9am-1pm Responsibilities:
Greet Patients
Verify and collect insurance coverage information
Assist patients with financial arrangements for treatment
Book appointments, answer general questions, and other associated support
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
About:
Compensation range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
