 As an OCM Communication Lead, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management team supporting the program owner. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and planning skills, be comfortable and effective in building relationships across the organizational spectrum, and have experience with design and development of Communication Strategies, Plans, templates, delivery, and Materials.

Location: Reynoldsburg, Ohio

Pay Range: $83.33 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Lead the development of a communication strategy, plans and materials with the associated deliverables.
  • Develop a comprehensive communication strategy, plan, and templates (Internal/External).
  • Develop master communication delivery schedule.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify user-specific communication needs based on roles, functionalities, and desired outcomes.
  • Develop and define strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for communicating to diverse audiences.

What's Needed?

  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience working with Organizational Change Management Communication tools and techniques.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise.
  • Experience with design and development of Communication Strategies, Plans, templates, delivery, and Materials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage diverse audiences.
