Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager II
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 3 days a week)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $63/hr. - $65/hr.

Our Global Trade and Product Compliance team is seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to join us immediately. In this role, you will drive the implementation of compliance-focused hardware certification programs. You will support our team’s product compliance function, covering a wide array of internal data center and customer-focused hardware products.
The program includes global certifications for product safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), radio frequency (RF), energy efficiency, and restricted substances. You will engage with HW Engineering and suppliers/manufacturers to track global certification statuses, as well as collect, validate, and archive compliance documentation.

Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills:

  • Program Management: Proven ability to manage complex programs from inception to completion.
  • Hardware Compliance Knowledge: Expertise in safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), environmental compliance, and other relevant hardware standards.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Experience working directly with engineering teams to ensure compliance and program success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1.  Oversee product compliance activities for assigned programs, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements.
  2. Assist NPI Technical Program Managers (TPMs) in addressing challenges related to data quality and verification.
  3. Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Product Compliance Engineering, Legal, Trade, and other key cross-functional stakeholders throughout all phases of compliance project management.
  4. Work closely with manufacturing partners in the US and overseas during the NPI process to manage the execution of compliance projects.
  5. Collect, validate, and store compliance evidence at the product level for a large portfolio of hardware products.
  6. Maintain relationships with test labs and certification agencies, including managing contracts and budgets.
Required Skills:
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of hardware compliance, including safety, EMC, and environmental regulations.
  • Proven experience working directly with engineering teams to ensure product and program success.
Years of Experience:
  • 3+ years in a relevant field.
