Wage: $19.00/hour Plus $2.00 Shift Premium

Shift: 10 hour shifts or 12 hour Shifts  

Hours:
3:00pm - 1:00am  (Monday - Thursday) - 40 hours

Food Sanitation Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean cheesemaking equipment and facilities according to the sanitation schedule
- Operate CIP system to clean equipment such as vats, towers, product lines, milk HTST, and cream HTST separator
- Circulate chemical solutions through balance tank pump to clean fines saver and related equipment
- Hand clean whey and milk line valves, product pumps, fines saver, and other vat room equipment
- Clean walls, floors, drains, tables, and equipment in various plant areas
- Document cleaning activities in worksheets and sanitation schedules
- Test and maintain chemical concentrations and dispensing equipment
- Fill and replace chemical drums and barrels throughout the plant
- Operate Tables room C.O.P. tank according to procedures
- Adhere to company safety, HACCP, and GMP policies
- Report any food safety or quality issues promptly to management or authorized personnel

Food Sanitation Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and 3-6 months of prior relevant manufacturing experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to work in hot or cold environments
- Good communication skills
