Our client, Republic National Distribution Company (RNDC) is seeking a Equipment Forklift Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Operator to join their team. As a Equipment Reach Operator, you will be part of the warehouse logistics team supporting with shipping and receiving department. The ideal candidate will have Forklift Reach Truck experience, excellent overall work ethic and great communication which will align successfully with the organization.

 Job Title: Equipment Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operator

Location: Auburn, WA

Pay Range: $22.00 p/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Primary responsibility will be safely operating material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.  
  • Perform an array of warehouse duties related to the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods, consolidation of warehoused product, and replenishment of pick locations as well as necessary warehouse functions such as pulling customer orders, loading/unloading trucks, inventory control, and general housekeeping
  • Heavy-lifting of 35-48lbs consistently Loading Material Handling Order Fulfillment Packer Pick and Pack.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (MHS) scan gun and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper locations of goods in the warehouse.
  • Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift.  Will frequently interact with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew

What’s Needed?

  • Must Have 1+ Year of Forklift experience Cherry picker and/or Reach Truck Experience.
  • 1 year(s) of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent work ethic, punctual, reliable, open for OT, team player, a good working mentality in getting the job done before ending the day.
  • Material handling experience in scanning items, heavy lifting, inventory, and material transportation.
  • Passing compliance check on Criminal Background and Drug Screening.
