Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate Operations Manager (Night Shift) to be located in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the leadership team in a large bottling and distribution facility during night shift hours.
• Assist in coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders and frontline employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse) to maximize efficiency and output.
• Contribute to the execution of cultural changes and pursuit of excellence in manufacturing.
• Assist in instilling the value of safety within all associates within the manufacturing facility.
• Monitor and track planned DH (downtime) hours during night shift, partnering with Quality and Maintenance to minimize DH while maximizing its strategic use.
• Support factory staffing during night shift to ensure operation at full capacity and attainment of variable labor budgets.
• Assist in ensuring quality goals and preventative maintenance of lines.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed Safety, Quality, and HR policies, including GMPs and Food Safety.
• Support the use of continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis to improve and streamline production processes.
• Participate in projects including workforce planning, budgeting, new product launches, and equipment installation or upgrades.
• Participate in audit activities and ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including FSSC.
Key qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Five or more years of production experience within manufacturing, with experience in a leadership capacity preferred
• Prior experience in the consumer products industry or food and beverage, with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulation desired.
• Knowledge and exposure to TPM, Six Sigma, and various problem-solving methodologies
• Solid understanding of production processes, preventative maintenance, and budget management
• Demonstrated track record of developing individuals and teams.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to partner internally and externally to achieve results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives on tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to encourage action.
• Solid problem-solving abilities with the ability to coach and mentor others in this capacity.
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours critical issues.

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Methodology
• Food & beverage industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fundamental knowledge and experience working in production/manufacturing process improvement techniques, including SQDCI, OTD, TPS and Kaizen methodologies and activities.
• Proven experience collaborating and building interdepartmental relationship.
