Overview:

We are looking for an Executive Director RN to join our team in Elizabeth City, NC. This role will report directly to the AVP of Operations HH. This position supervises the provision of therapeutic services provided by the Agency and contributes to the overall company success by effectively managing the Agency’s clinical operations, services, personnel performance, and office management on an ongoing basis. Depending on branch census, you may be responsible for other duties as assigned.

About You:
  • Registered Nurse with minimum of associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.
  • Two or more years’ experience in home care required (if also functioning as the Clinical Nursing Supervisor for the office location).
  • Meets all state-specific requirements for the Executive Director role (if functioning as the Alternate or Interim Executive Director, if applicable
  • CPR Certification
