Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Customer Management ABAP SAP Quality Management Testing and SAP Risk Management (RiMa). This role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving the companys success and making a positive impact on society.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion ensuring all project goals are met.
- Oversee the development and implementation of SAP Customer Management ABAP solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team in SAP Quality Management Testing.
- Ensure that all SAP Risk Management (RiMa) processes are followed and risks are mitigated.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Provide training and support to team members on SAP-related tasks.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
- Possess a strong background in SAP Customer Management ABAP.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP Quality Management Testing.
- Have extensive experience in SAP Risk Management (RiMa).
- Exhibit excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoring.
- Show strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Display a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Hold a relevant certification in project management or SAP.
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Exhibit leadership skills and the ability to empower a team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) SAP Certified Application Associate
- SAP Logistic OR Finance background will be preferred
- Strong project management / Program management experience.
- Experience of managing SAP development / Implementation projects
- Certification - PMI / Prince 2 (Preferred)
