The ideal candidate will work with the Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in security management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring all duties are performed effectively and efficiently.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new security personnel and continuous development programs for the team.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, including detailed reporting and follow-up.
  • Patrols & Inspections: Oversee routine patrols and inspections of the premises to detect and prevent security breaches.
  • Access Control: Manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage and address any specific concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on security incidents, breaches, and other relevant activities.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize security technology such as CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to monitor and secure the premises.
