Securitas is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Lead Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in security management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring all duties are performed effectively and efficiently.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new security personnel and continuous development programs for the team.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, including detailed reporting and follow-up.
  • Patrols & Inspections: Oversee routine patrols and inspections of the premises to detect and prevent security breaches.
  • Access Control: Manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage and address any specific concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on security incidents, breaches, and other relevant activities.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize security technology such as CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to monitor and secure the premises.
