• Responsible for monitoring and tracking attendance of contract workers at the start of each shift and communicating absences to Corteva office. • Must have basic computer skills and be able to use Outlook email and internet applications. • Assist Corteva staff in managing breaks and workflow in sorting area. • Team Lead will work as a Sorter when not performing Lead tasks. o Remove all nonconforming material, i.e. husks/stalks, damaged/moldy product, rogues and off-types, inert material (weeds & refuse). o Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly while performing the duties of this job, which regularly require the worker to stand, sit, reach motion with arms and hands, twisting at the waist, stooping, and ability to talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the contract worker is frequently exposed to continuous elevated noise levels and moving conveyors. Schedule: o Lead #1: Monday-Friday 6:00am-12pm and Saturdays 6am-6pm o Lead #2: Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm* and Sundays 6am-6pm Wage o $18.25/hr o * $0.75/hr 2nd shift differential added anytime shift starts at noon o $50 weekly perfect attendance bonus Resume and Interview will be required Is Driving Required for the asssignment?
