At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Pflugerville, Texas:

Compensation: $19.50 hour

Shifts: 

Schedule 1: Saturday - Monday 6 AM - 6 PM ( 36-40 Hours / Full Time )

Schedule 2: Sunday - Tuesday 6 AM - 6 PM ( 36-40 Hours/ Full Time) 

Schedule 3: Thursday - Saturday 6 PM - 6 AM ( 36-40 Hours/ Full Time) 

Schedule 4: Thursday - Saturday 6 AM - 6 PM  ( 36-40 Hours/ Full Time) 

Schedule 5: Monday - Wednesday 6 AM - 6 PM  ( 36-40 Hours/ Full Time) 

Schedule 6:  Monday - Wednesday 6 PM - 6 AM ( 36-40 Hours/ Full Time) 

Schedule 7:  Wednesday - Friday 6 AM - 6 PM ( 36-40 Hours/ Full Time) 

About the job:
  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You monitor security and alarm systems, and CCTV monitoring.
  • You respond to client emails
  • You dispatch officers to areas of need
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • This position will be for a higher quality officer with experience guarding highly sensitive equipment.
  • Data center security experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must wear a hard hat and boots

Your background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – preferred
  • You have a Texas Security License or ability to obtain one
  • Have to be 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • MUST have a valid drivers license
  • You are able to pass a background check and drug test
