Manpower is currently assisting a local Hanover, PA manufacturer, in their search for a bilingual HR Generalist. This position is contracted for 8 months with potential to extend or get hired on.

 

Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: Up to $30 an hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • full cycle recruiting
  • workplace investigations
  • provide guidance to HR team, supervisors and co-workers
  • manage all aspects of semi-monthly payroll and be a back up for hourly payroll processing
  • Make recommendations in the areas of hiring, discipline, and termination. Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.

What’s Needed?

  • Process orientated, able to move from manual to electronic system
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications, UKG Dimensions or Workday experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of the plant, organization, outside vendors, contractors and customers.
  • BS Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other closely related field.
  • Three to Five plus years supervisory or Human Resource experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
