We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst in Raleigh, NC to join us in fulfilling our mission, while utilizing our values of excellence, improvement, and connection. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Pricing Manager. The ideal candidate is well spoken, poised, reliable, responsible, detailed-oriented, and a highly organized individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality work product. This position will require coordination with multiple functions, data analysis, strong understanding of company pricing strategy and guidelines, and a continual evaluation and improvement of the pricing process.

 

LOCATION
Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC – Hybrid Schedule


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop rates and any required justifications to obtain state approval for Mortgage Insurance products

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Risk teams on product pricing, profitability, and planning

  • Analyze and summarize actual product performance in comparison to initial pricing projections and drive required corrective actions

  • Analyze datasets and modeling results and test for possible data biases and errors

  • Execute rate changes across numerous pricing delivery channels


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA degree in business, finance, or related field

  • 1+ years financial or pricing experience

  • Strong analytical pricing modeling skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and within a matrix organization

  • Proven ability to drive bottom line impact and solve problems creatively

  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints

  • Curiosity and puzzle solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA / CPA

  • 3+ years mortgage industry experience

  • Insurance rate filing experience

  • Previous pricing / ratemaking experience

  • Tableau and Snowflake Experience
