Position Overview:

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial, profitability, budget and statistical reports for operations and senior executives. This role requires a candidate that is a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Post various month end journal entries to the General Ledger.
  • Prepare account reconciliations.
  • Prepare various month end reports and distributive to field and upper management.
  • Perform monthly financial reviews explain variances in actual vs. budget and actual vs. forecast targets.
  • Approve accounts payable invoices.
  • Administrator for accounts payable automation software and provide support to regional employees.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify specific trends, explain past performance and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with regional accounting staffs to ensure consistent procedures across the company.
  • Build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.


Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting required.
  • 5 years of budget, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
  • Strong Excel, Power Point and Financial Modeling knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Excel macros.
  • Working knowledge of general ledgers and financial information systems.
  • Working knowledge of report query and design.
