Job Title: Housing Program Technician
Location: Downtown Sacramento
Pay Range: $21.66/hr
What’s the Job?

  • Processing applications – will be matching eligibility and confirming if the documents that are received match the requirements for the program.
  • Very organized, detail oriented, works quickly and efficiently.
  • Understands how to navigate functions in various databases.
  • Works in Yardi or similar database program.
  • May need to communicate with landlords/applicants so excellent customer service is needed.
  • Will be given a caseload that you will be in charge of handling.
 What’s Needed?
  • Positive, can-do attitude, reliable, punctual, energetic and detail oriented.
  • Customer Service and tech savvy.
  • Completion of pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
