Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead activities relating to fulfillment support for the NAVAIR field team
  • Manage the effective communication to the field team regarding order status
  • Ensure repairs are progressed through the field on-time and in accordance with customer contract requirements
  • Back-up support to existing NAVAIR Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialist for monitoring shop jobs and requisition fulfillment (spares) for the NAVAIR Customer in accordance with customer contract requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
  • Proficiency in the use of MS packages including excel
  • Strong communication skills

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience of working in a Customer Services environment
  • Aviation Industry experience, particularly dealing with military and export customers an advantage
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of Government Property Regulations preferred
  • Knowledge of Gold System preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle Golf ERP preferred
  • Knowledge of military shipment exports preferred
