Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operator to join our team at HALO's Silicon Valley, CA Fulfillment Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, shipping, and managing inventory of our products. This is a 1st shift position, working Monday through Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks, put away stock in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate forklifts, stand-up electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to move inventory
  • Count and track inventory, post freight to purchase orders, and process returns
  • Prepare packages and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and third-party shipping systems
  • Answer questions regarding inventory, shipping, freight, and supplies
  • Work on multiple fulfillment and kitting projects to meet customer demands
  • Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of the entire warehouse
  • Check and respond to company emails in a timely manner
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, with ability to read and speak English to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and push/pull up to 200lbs with assistance
  • 1+ years of warehouse receiving experience preferred, with forklift certification/license a plus
  • Able to work overtime when required and thrive in a deadline-oriented team environment
