Our client is seeking a Handyman to join their team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible to conduct basic maintenance on properties.
Job Title: Handyman
Location: Bronx, NY
Pay Range: $18.00
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-7pm with 1 hour for lunch
Duration: 1 month assignment
What’s the Job?
- Conduct basic maintenance on properties.
- Repair (plumbing, electrical, paint and plaster) plumbing systems, fixing company's equipment or tools.
- Testing various company's appliances to ensure they work properly.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- This is a temporary position, with possibility to become permanent.
- duties include fixing plumbing systems, providing repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling community spaces, and performing repair assessments.
What’s Needed?
- 2+ years of experience conducting properties maintenance.
- Professional and good communication skills.
- Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-7pm with 1 hour for lunch or 10am-6:30pm with ½ lunch.
